Effective from: 1st November 2024
The FOODPANDA CORPORATE VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of any foodpanda postpaid corporate vouchers (“Corporate Voucher(s)”) issued by Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited (“foodpanda”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) for use on foodpanda’s website and/or on mobile applications for Hong Kong (collectively “Platform”). The Corporate Voucher can only be purchased by businesses which are registered in Hong Kong (collectively “You” or “Your”).
Before purchasing the Corporate Voucher from Us, you must read carefully these Terms and all other terms and conditions and policies pertaining to the use of the Platform and foodpanda’s Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). You agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions and any amendments to the foregoing issued by Us from time to time. If You do not agree to Terms and Conditions, You are advised not to purchase and/or use the Corporate Voucher and/or to stop accessing and/or using this Platform.
1. Corporate Voucher
1.1 The Corporate Vouchers shall be delivered to Your designated email address within seven to fourteen (7-14) business days from the date that the order for the Corporate Voucher is accepted by Us.
1.2 The validity period of the Corporate Voucher shall be determined by us at our sole discretion and shall be notified to Your email address with Us (“Validity Period”).
1.3 foodpanda has the right to suspend the processing of any order of the Corporate Voucher where it reasonably believes that the transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where foodpanda reasonably believes you to be in breach of these Terms.
2. Use of Corporate Voucher
2.1 The Corporate Voucher can be used to make any purchases from the Platform (“Order”) and You are entitled to deduct the value of the Corporate Voucher from the total price of the Order.
2.2 Unless stated otherwise, the Corporate Voucher is not restricted to any minimum order value.
2.3 In the event that the value of the Corporate Voucher is insufficient to set off the total price of the Order (excluding delivery fee, platform fee, packaging fee and other applicable fees), You shall be required to pay the remaining Order value via the payment methods that are made available by Us from time to time on the Platform.
2.4 The Corporate Voucher must be applied at the check-out page prior to making a payment.
2.5 Unless stated otherwise, only one (1) Corporate Voucher can be applied and redeemed per Order.
2.6 Any use of the same Corporate Voucher made outside of the Validity Period shall be invalid and be rejected.
2.7 Unless stated otherwise, Corporate Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
2.8 No partial redemption of a Corporate Voucher shall be allowed.
2.9 The Corporate Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor shall it be transferable or be used to purchase additional vouchers.
3. Redemption of Corporate Voucher
3.1 In order to redeem the Corporate Voucher, You shall:-
a) place the Order on the Platform; and
b) at the check-out page, click on ‘Do you have a voucher’ and input the unique code found on the Corporate Voucher accordingly.
Thereafter, the value of the Corporate Voucher shall be deducted from Your Order.
4. foodpanda reserves the right not to accept any Corporate Voucher or otherwise limit the use of a Corporate Voucher if we reasonably believe that the use of the same is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
5. foodpanda reserves the right to change, revise or amend the Terms herein and/or cancel, revise or reject any redemption, discounts or promotions in relation to the Corporate Voucher at any time without notice and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to You or to any person. Any decision made by foodpanda in relation thereto shall be final and binding on all persons.
6. foodpanda shall not be liable to any person (including You) and/or be liable to offer replacement of any Corporate Vouchers, cash or otherwise compensate any person (including You) for expired, invalid, discontinued or cancelled Corporate Vouchers; improper use of, or inability to redeem any Corporate Voucher; or the inability to redeem a Corporate Voucher due to technical issues.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of foodpanda shall be final and conclusive on all matters related to the Corporate Voucher.
8. In the event of a dispute as to these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The English language version of these Terms shall control in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions.
