Redheads Semillon 750ml

Origin RedHeads is an exciting, eco-focused winery based in the Barossa Valley – solar-powered and big on water reuse, with a reservoir in the grounds to catch the scarce rainfall. They are great mates with some of the best growers in the premium regions of South Australia, so have access to some of the finest parcels of grapes. They’re always on the lookout for small batches that need a home and this deliciously bright, fresh Semillon is just one. It’s from a third-generation winemaker and a top spot in Possum Creek, on the edge of Eden Valley. In the hands of RedHeads winemaker Darren Harvey, this Semillon has a delicious balance of peach with a dazzle of brilliant lemon. Tasting Notes Well-balanced white with grassy lemon and ripe fruit. Wine & Food Pairing A thirst-quencher on its own and a tasty partner with chicken and seafood. *Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
