Dhc Calcium / Magnesium (30 Days) 90 Pieces

Origin: Japan Calcium and magnesium are necessary for the formation of bones and teeth. Magnesium is also involved in the function of many body enzymes, energy production, and blood circulation. Since calcium and magnesium are closely related in the body, it is important to consume them in a good balance. The proper balance is said to be 2:1 (calcium:magnesium), and an imbalance can interfere with the metabolism of other minerals and other physiological functions. Calcium and magnesium should be taken consistently in good balance, however, too much intake of phosphorus-rich foods (such as processed foods) can inhibit absorption, and calcium is very difficult to absorb. DHC’s Calcium + Magnesium uses a natural material called dolomite, which contains calcium and magnesium in a near ideal balance of 2:1. Also formulated with vitamin D and CPP (casein phosphopeptide) to boost calcium absorption
