This strong, tall espresso coffee needs just as much care to make as any other. Not only must the water be filtered correctly (to ensure every Pret Americano tastes as good as the last) but the temperature is vital. Too hot and we could burn the coffee, too cold and your coffee might not make it all the way to work with you. Traditionally the Americano is for lunch or just after (of course we don’t mind when you have one).
