Chais Du Moulin White 750ml

Origin With a family estate rooted in Burgundy and Beaujolais, Laurent Guillot could easily have stayed in this prestigious part of France and focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, he was keen to look further afield to the vineyards of better-value southern France and the Languedoc region where creative winemakers are much less bound by rules. And that’s where he’s stayed, coaxing out delicate fruit elegance from the likes of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault for reds and Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Mauzac and friends for whites. Chais du Moulin is a crisp medley of local varieties, harvested early for maximum freshness. Tasting Notes Citrusy and fresh, with light almond note and orchard fruits. Wine & Food Pairing Citrusy and bright, with hints of apple, pear and apricot, it makes a tasty apéritif or partner to fish and lighter dishes. *Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. 根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
