Two fluffy buns sandwiching a juicy, tender beef patty topped with melted cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce, everything combined makes a delicious meal. Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 500g of minced beef
  • 1 tsp of mixed dried herbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar
  • 4 buns, halved
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Burger Recipe

Directions

  • In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the minced beef, mixed dried herbs, and egg.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add the onions and mix until well incorporated.
  • With your hands, divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape it into patties.
  • In the same pan, add the patties and cook them for 6 minutes on each side. When the second side is cooking, place the cheese over the top to melt.
  • Remove the patties from the pan and place the buns to toast lightly.
  • Assemble the burger, starting with the toasted buns, lettuce, tomatoes, and patty. Serve immediately.

Toppings
