  • 118ml of water
  • Barbeque sauce to brush the meat

Directions

  • Make the dry rub by combining brown sugar, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme in a small bowl.
  • Massage the beef rib finger meat with the rub in a large bowl. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the water into the instant pot and place a trivet.
  • Place the marinated meat on the trivet inside the instant pot.
  • Close the instant pot and set it to cook at high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Carefully release the pressure and remove the lid.
  • Line a baking tray with aluminium foil or parchment paper and arrange the meat on the tray.
  • Use a pastry brush to slather the meat with barbeque sauce.
  • Place the baking tray under the broiler and cook until the meat browns or for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also choose to grill the meat until well done.
