pandapro Cashback Terms and Conditions
1. These pandapro cashback terms and conditions (“pandapro Cashback Terms and Conditions”) apply in addition to and comprise part of the foodpanda Terms of Use as set out in https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/terms-and-conditions.htm and the pandapro terms and conditions as set out in https://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/subscription-terms.
2. As part of the Surprise Perks, we offer our pandapro subscribers the Cashback Programme. On every Monday between 24 June 2024 to 12 May 2025 (both dates inclusive), when you as the pandapro subscriber make a successful Order from the vendors (including restaurants, foodpanda mall and pandamart) (“Vendors”), you may be eligible to receive 5% of the final payable amount (after discount, including delivery fees, platform fee and other fees)(“Cashback”) into your Cashback balance account (“PandaPay Account”). The Cashback is capped at a maximum of HK$10 per Order.
3. The Cashback will be credited to your PandaPay Account within 48 hours after you make an eligible Order that was paid and completed, unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders where the amount is paid by cash or corporate allowance will not be eligible for Cashback.
5. Orders that are cancelled are not eligible for Cashback. In the event of a cancellation,full or partial refund of your Order, foodpanda reserves the right to clawback the Cashback credited, or to charge the amount of the Cashback credited to you.
6. The Cashback will be valid for the time period stated in the relevant Cashback on PandaPay Account. All Cashback are subject to use restrictions, limits and/or other availability as stated.
7. All Cashbacks are subject to availability on a “while stocks last” basis.
8. The Cashback is not transferable.
9. The Cashback will be available in your PandaPay Account and can be applied to your next eligible Order on our Platform. The Cashback could only be used in conjunction with credit/debit card and AlipayHK as payment methods.
10. foodpanda reserves the right to exclude the use of the Cashback for certain products or Orders at its sole and absolute discretion.
11. The Cashback is non-exchangeable for cash and is not a liability owed to you by foodpanda and/or any Vendors on the Platform.
12. Where foodpanda reasonably determines that you are not eligible for the Cashback, including where the Cashback was awarded due to an error, foodpanda reserves the right to retrieve the Cashback amount without prior notice.
13. In the event that foodpanda has reasonable suspicion of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with redemption of Cashback on the Platform, foodpanda is entitled at its sole discretion to deduct any Cashback.
14. foodpanda’s decision on all matters relating to the Cashback shall be final. If there are any discrepancies between these Cashback Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to any Cashback campaign, these terms and conditions will prevail.
15. foodpanda shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in transactions which may result in you being omitted from enjoying the Cashback.
16. foodpanda reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time.
17. foodpanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Cashback Programme at any time without prior notice or liability to any party.
18. The Cashback services shall not be construed as foodpanda providing any payment services in Hong Kong.
19. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these pandapro Cashback Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
