Kale chips are all the rage now, everywhere. They’re easy and quick to make, and all you’ll need are a few basic ingredients that you can find in your kitchen. For those who aren’t the biggest fans of vegetables, you won’t regret making these baked kale chips. They’re crispy, flavourful, and above all, healthy! Ingredients
1 head of kale, washed and dried
2 tbsp of olive oil
Sea salt (for sprinkling)

An oven
1 knife
1 bowl
1 baking sheet
Directions
Preheat the oven to 140°C.
Remove the ribs from the kale, and with a knife, cut the kale into 1 ½-inch pieces.
Transfer the kale pieces to a bowl and add olive oil and sea salt. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the kale pieces to a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning the leaves around at the 10-minute mark.
Serve immediately.
Air-frying
Instead of baking this kale recipe in the oven, you can also pop it in the air fryer and achieve the same results! Air-fry the kale pieces for 5 minutes at 190°C and shake the pan halfway to help them cook evenly.
