Ingredients
1 block of silken tofu
1 packet of enoki mushroom, roots trimmed
30ml of oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
60ml of soy sauce
12.5g of sugar
2 scallions, sliced thinly

Directions
Cut the silken tofu into even slices and lay them out on a plate. Set it aside.
Boil a pot of water and blanch the enoki mushrooms for 2 minutes. Drain the mushrooms and add them to the sliced tofu.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce and sugar and stir well. Once the sugar has dissolved, turn off the stove and remove the frying pan from the heat.
Add the scallions to the sauce and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and enoki mushrooms.
