Ingredients
- 450g lean ground beef
- 1kg tomato pasta sauce
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 container ricotta cheese
- 750g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 125ml hot water

- Large pot
- 11x7-inch baking dish
- Heavy-duty aluminium foil
- Oven
Directions
- Over medium heat, cook the beef in a large pot. Once cooked, pour in the pasta sauce and stir until well-combined
- In a lightly greased baking dish, spread ⅓ of the meat sauce.
- Layer with 3 uncooked noodles and ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Repeat.
- Next, gently pour hot water around the inside edge of the dish.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
- Bake your lasagna at 190°C for 45 minutes. Then, uncover the dish and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve warm
