How to subscribe to pandapro?
- Subscribe exclusively through foodpanda app. Visit your profile, tap “Become a pandapro” and fill in your details.
- Customers must be 18 years old and above with a valid credit card. The membership fee will be deducted from the credit card you used to sign up.
- The subscription and its benefits will automatically renew monthly
- If any payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled and you will need to resubscribe to enjoy the benefits
- pandapro plans can be cancelled anytime. It will only be effective on the renewal date of the next month.
#Terms and conditions for pandapro unlimited free delivery
1. After subscribing to the pandapro plan, you shall enjoy unlimited free delivery benefit on any qualified order from foodpanda restaurants, selected shops on foodpanda mall, pandamart and pandamart XL ("Free Delivery Benefit") for the period from 1 August 2025 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).2. Unlimited Free Delivery Benefit is applicable to: (a) orders of HK$120 and above (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at foodpanda restaurants ; (b) orders of HK$280 and above (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at pandamart; (c) orders of HK$400 and above (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at pandamart XL; (d) orders of HK$280 and above (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at foodpanda mall^; (e) orders subject to a minimum order value (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at any designated foodpanda restaurants and/or orders of HK$500 and above at any designated foodpanda mall^ for Extended Delivery (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees); and/or (f) orders of HK$320 and above (before discount, excluding delivery fee and other applicable fees) at pandamart for Partner Delivery. Notwithstanding any provisions hereunder, Free Delivery Benefit shall not affect foodpanda’s entitlement to other service fee (including without limitation small order fee, platform fee and packaging fee).
3. The Unlimited Free Delivery Benefit applicable to Clause 2(a) and Clauses 2(b) to (f) above could be found respectively under the Monthly Perks and Surprise Perks as communicated to you on the Platform.
4. If there is any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
5. pandapro terms and conditions shall apply.
6. The pandapro subscription and its benefits will automatically renew until cancelled or terminated in accordance with these pandapro terms and conditions.
