Alternative and Extra Ingredients
We understand that whipping cream isn’t the healthiest ingredient available out there. Therefore, feel free to substitute it with 35g of plain Greek yoghurt or sour cream. Our western food recipe makes a classic Waldorf salad, but if you want to personalise it, you can add the following ingredients: chicken or turkey, nuts like pecans or pistachios, dried fruits like cranberries or raisins and red onion.
