The paper cup containing the ice tea must have been extracted from a forgotten part of the storeroom. If you put your nose into the cup you can smell a damp odour and it affects the smell the tea.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong and miss things. It’s really annoying. What are the staff doing? They need more training and focus!!!! Stop wasting your customers time.

To make our Latte the Barista gently steams the milk to 50 degrees (steaming adds no extra air) this keeps the milk flat but creamy. The trick is to let some air sneak in during the steaming process, this makes it a little lighter than a Latte. By doing this a Cappuccino is stronger to taste (more air less milk). It comes with a little chocolate sprinkled over the top or you can ask to have it naked (a White Cappuccino) if you dare.
