Steak quality is deteriorating. Now they serve overdone ones or so chewy to a level it is practically inedible. Disappointed.

Had good past experiences but my steak arrived overdone, gray, and cold. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Salad was tiny and thrown together. There are so many choices in HK, why would I order again?
