Food is great as always but they could really do better with their packaging.

lettuce wrap was so loose so that was a bit confusing to eat

Fries were hard and cold. Burger was good.

Every time the burger buns and fries are soggy. Packaging is terrible. Shakes are great though.

Soggy chips and burger. Lettuce and sauces were lacking.

The restaurant messed up with the packaging. They stacked up the burgers and squished the one at the bottom.

Ordered normal five guys fries , but they gave me Cajun Fries. (Too spicy)

變左薯泥，溶埋一晒，好難食

Cheeseburger did not have the right ingredients. There were a lot of mushrooms in it, which I really don’t like in a burger

They didn’t send me the coke and sprite

No sauce on both burgers

Ordered a cheeseburger and it came with raw meat. Had to throw it away.

The fries are way too salty
