Mathew18/10/2026Really really good , just need to improve wrapping so not so messy
RYYH25/7/2026Tasty burger
Patrick23/5/2026Great wrapping
susan9/6/2026High-quality meat and great taste. A small improvement probably would be try to keep the sourdough more crispy by changing the wrapping packaging
Mr28/3/2026好食
Joannie31/10/2026Everything was great — the only thing was that the fries were very soggy.
Chris28/1/2026That was hands down The Best Reuben sandwich I’ve had in Hk . While other places serve bland and tasteless versions - Flying Butcher nailed it - quality ingredients and absolutely Wow factor …
Ash13/12/2025Delicious sandwich make sure you have strong teeth
Richard29/4/2026It was good - not exactly as expected - burger was quite wet...I guess that's the best description Chicken parm was good but unexpected. I thought it would have marinara - as chicken parm does...
Tom9/5/2026The KFC burger was nothing like the picture - bun was very soggy due to the coleslaw and the chicken had barely any spicy sauce at all - very disappointing. Tuna melt was really great as always
Daniel23/10/2026Don’t understand the good reviews. The bread was stale and the sandwich extremely oily with very little meat. It was not a filling portion and looked nothing like the photo.
Ash28/2/2026Portion sizes are incredibly small
Nikolai4/9/2026Pretty bland burger. Could probably make it yourself very easily. I wouldn‘t order here again if I am craving burgers. It isn‘t bad but it just isn‘t good either. Doesn‘t hit the spot unfortunately
bud5/2/2026The burger was almost uncooked… brown on the outside but red and uncooked on most of the inside. I was afraid to eat it. But the sweet potato fries were very good.
Rajvi28/5/2026Bread was hard as a rock
Jerry26/5/2026Sandwich was ok. But I paid $64 for a coleslaw only for it to be a few shreds of cabbage less than half the size of my fist…. Talk about a rip off.
Jennifer18/10/2026The chicken parmigiana sandwich was awful. The chicken was way overcooked and so dry and chewy. The bread was burnt. And there was barely any sauce on it to redeem the dry chicken.
Oliver24/1/2026Tasted nice but they forgot the main ingredients for the poutin. So it was just fries with cheese… Burger was great as always.
Julia21/6/2026fries were very stale, sandwiches were soggy
Max22/5/2026It’s a salad not a coleslaw , and nothing to do with smash , just a burger with warm buns , don’t bother
Razeena10/5/2026Meat patty was undercooked and the buns and everything felt soggy. It’s like it had been sitting there for ages.
John14/3/2026Beef patty was literally uncooked inside
Esther26/1/2026Description says baguette but gave slices of bread. Pictures showing cherry tomato but served with sliced tomato. Was really excited about receiving this but 1 star is for the stark contrast.
Karen25/1/2026coleslaw bitter, tiny portion for the price. The burger bun was soggy and the flavour was underwhelming, pretty bland actually. Disappointing .
June23/1/2026Small portions, hefty price, low quality. Once, and never again.
Rory17/1/2026Average- burger wasn’t nice at all
Oliver12/12/2025As a guy who loves Cuban sandwiches I’ll tell you this. Don’t order it. This was terrible. However! Their burgers are great. Order them instead.
Mandi2/11/2025Very concerning for food safety. The beef cheek sandwich was mostly raw and unedible. The bacon cheeseburger was a huge disappointment and absolutely tasteless with soggy lettuce and soggy bun patty.
