Every time the burger buns and fries are soggy. Packaging is terrible. Shakes are great though.

I have asked for extra patties for two seperate orders and even though it is written on the reciept it never comes in my order. very dissapointing five guys

Ordered normal five guys fries , but they gave me Cajun Fries. (Too spicy)

變左薯泥，溶埋一晒，好難食

Cheeseburger did not have the right ingredients. There were a lot of mushrooms in it, which I really don’t like in a burger

They didn’t send me the coke and sprite

No sauce on both burgers

Ordered a cheeseburger and it came with raw meat. Had to throw it away.
