They mixed up the coffee order and labelled the cup wrongly - not the first time they have made such a mistake. I specifically requested and paid extra for oat milk but given normal milk

以前真係好好食，但呢兩次食難食咗好多，以前係流心蛋，食落去流心，個包仲甜甜地，應該加咗楓糖，食得出有心機整，呢兩次流心蛋轉咗全熟蛋，食落去亦冇咗甜甜地楓糖嘅味，連cream cheese 都少咗，完全同以前兩樣嘢，連杯咖啡都差咗

There was a large cockroach in the ice long black. We realized it after almost finishing the drink. This is very disgusting and i will never order from here anymore.
