The pork's neck was a bit tough. good sauce though. Thai style flat rice noodles wasn't really what I was expecting, it's just ok.

I don't know what food they use to replace the beef, but when I bite the thing looks like beef, inside is something tastes like potato with no taste and flavor at all. the high nanchian is wonderful
